My qualifications include BA (Hons) Business Decision Analysis, PRINCE2 Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence and SDI Accreditation. I have 17 years experience in a breadth of change techniques, coaching & development tools and approaches and have worked with both large FTSE 20 private sector corporations in Financial Services, Telecommunications and Consumer Goods and also within the public sector, primarily for the NHS.
