One Care has been working with The Development People since 2016 developing bespoke courses in general practices across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
The team spent time with practices understanding the challenges and the needs of individuals to define and achieve the objectives for each course, their professionalism and enthusiasm in approach is really appreciated by all that they come into contact with. This has led to an excellent uptake of courses and have had to make additional places available to meet the demand.
Delegates feel motivated an uplifted at the end of a training session and comment on the consistently high standard and the knowledge of the NHS and daily life in a practice.
